When you register for the webinar we ask for your name, email address, WhatsApp number (with country code), and a few qualifying answers about your baking journey. When you browse this site we automatically receive your IP address, device/browser information, and the pages you view. We also receive UTM parameters from the ad or link that brought you here so we can measure which campaigns are working.

We use the information you provide to confirm your webinar registration, send you reminders and follow-up messages by email and WhatsApp, deliver the webinar and any free resources, and to contact you about our paid programs. With your consent we may send you marketing messages about new courses, workshops, or updates. You can opt out at any time by emailing support@diptivartakacademy.com.

When you submit the registration form, you consent to our collecting and using your information for the purposes described above. If we ever want to use your information for a new purpose, we will ask you again. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it if required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service. If you choose to purchase a paid program, payments are processed by Razorpay, Instamojo, CCAvenue, PhonePe, or a similar PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details on our servers. Please review the privacy and terms of your chosen payment provider for full details.
