Refund Policy

The live webinar offered on this site is free. There is nothing to refund for the free webinar itself.

For any paid program you purchase from Dipti Vartak Academy, refund terms (eligibility, time window, and process) are presented on the checkout page for that specific program and on the order confirmation you receive by email. Please read those terms carefully before completing your purchase. Once you complete checkout you agree to the refund terms shown for that program.

Because our digital programs grant immediate access to content, videos, recordings, and downloadable material, refunds — where offered — are at the sole discretion of Dipti Vartak Academy and are subject to the conditions stated at checkout.

How to request a refund

Email support@diptivartakacademy.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order number, the program name, and a short note about why you’re requesting a refund. Our team will review the request against the refund terms presented at the time of your purchase and reply within a reasonable timeframe.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via the payment gateway used for your purchase (Razorpay, Instamojo, CCAvenue, PhonePe, or similar). The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is beyond our control.
